Forward Progress specializes in providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and programming within our learner’s homes, communities, and schools throughout New Jersey.
Our vision and mission continue to reverberate within our community as we also consult with public schools to provide Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), and Behavioral Technicians (BT) to support students within their classrooms and settings.

Meet Our Team
Richard Joyce M.Ed, BCBA
Owner
While in college, Richard’s first experience in the field was to provide support at a local summer camp to individuals with developmental disabilities. Before starting Forward Progress Richard has been working with various agencies, clinics, and schools in order to sharpen his skills as a BCBA and organizational leader Richard hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University, a New Jersey K-5 Teaching Certification from Kean University, and a Master’s in Education in Curriculum and Instruction: Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University.
Richard also studied at Berklee College of Music, the Nakas Conservatory in Athens, Greece, and has contributed on major tv and recording productions.

Lauren Farparan, M.Ed, BCBA, RYT-200, NASM CPT, CNC
Intake Specialist
Lauren has been practicing ABA for almost 20 years and has been a BCBA since 2011. She has worked for various organizations and placements including public and private schools, home-based/community-based programs and residential programs. Lauren’s area of interest is initial assessments and ensuring families get the best quality services in the home and community environments. In her spare time, Lauren is also a certified yoga instructor and loves spending time with her husband and young son.
Pamela Yoo M.S. ESE, BCBA
BCBA
Pamela is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education. She has been helping children with autism and related disorders for over 15 years. Pamela has experience in home settings, clinics, and schools. During her career, Pamela has worked with a robust multicultural and international population being herself Argentine-born and having lived in Asia and USA.
Pamela has a strong passion for providing high-quality care to the children and families that she serves. She is strongly driven to use incidental teaching and daily life skills when working with children.
In her free time, she enjoys long road trips, nature, and spending time with family, friends, and pets.

Brittany Corbo M.Ed, BCBA
BCBA
Brittany has been in the field of ABA for a decade and earned her Board Certification in 2019. She has experience in home, community, school, and clinic settings. She has worked with various I/DD populations and continues to work with a wide range of age groups from young children to adults. Brittany has a scope of experience in ABA ranging from leadership roles to direct service. Currently, she is pursuing a Ph.D in Psychology with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis and will begin her dissertation at the end of 2023. When she is not in the field, she is involved with animal care and rescue. She enjoys traveling, nature, and spending time with her family, friends, fiancé, and stepsons.
