Who We Are
Who We Are
Our 5 Step Process
With most providers, it typically takes about 8 weeks from a client’s initial inquiry to the start of individualized ABA services. Our 5-Step Process allows us to streamline the intake process and cut that timeline in half – if not by more!
Our process allows us to immediately gather and process your provider information while concurrently scheduling the in-person assessment.
Once our Intake Specialist meets with you and finalizes the Treatment Plan, we will submit it for insurance approval (the only portion of the process we do not have oversight)!
